This TIDEPOOLS Damascus Steel ring was originally designed for Pure Earth to raise money for their very important mission. Pure Earth is a US non-profit organization that works with indigenous gold miners to teach them mercury free mining techniques. This alternative to traditional mercury amalgam based mining techniques make a huge positive impact on the environment and people living in and downstream from these areas. I addition, Pure Earth and funds chemical cleanup projects at abandoned mining and refining sites internationally. We have partnered with them because they do amazing work, and as jewelers we feel responsible to promote sustainable mining practices as well as make steps to help clean up some of the mess that the jewelry industry has contributed to in the past. This ring’s 14K Yellow gold rails are made from certified 100% responsibly sourced and recycled Harmony Gold from Hoover and Strong. We have flush set a river of 32 VS clarity Canadian Fair-Mined diamonds around this ring which flows in symbiosis with the pattern of our signature Tidepools Damascus steel. The number of diamonds depends on the width and size of the ring.

TIDEPOOLS bands also come in matching women's sizes.

It is carefully developed each step of the way and forge welded utilizing our patented technology.  After the initial bonding of the metals, we further coax out this amazing pattern by carving, twisting and more hot forge work. No other Damascus pattern on the market comes close to the complexity and natural flowing beauty of our TIDEPOOLS rings.
