For metal working enthusiasts interested in learning directly from a master, make plans to come to one of the classes taught by Steve Midgett. These fast-paced, hands-on, workshops are always informative, inspiring and entertaining! A knowledge of basic metalworking and jewelry skills is recommended.

Tokyo University
In the Spring of 2002, Steve
visited Tokyo University of Fine Art and Music. Steve was invited
to demonstrate new mokume techniques that he has been instrumental in
developing. "It was a thrill to be invited by this prestigious university to teach western methods of a traditional Japanese art."
Steve learned as much as he taught and was honored to receive such a warm welcome.
