| STEVE MIDGETT MOKUME is created at Earthshine, the jewelry studio begun by designer Steve Midgett. Steve's work with mokume first began in the early 70's, while apprenticed to a master goldsmith. Over the last eight years Steve has concentrated his efforts on developing his own method for the fabrication of mokume. The culmination of this effort has been the publication of his book "Mokume Gane in the Small Shop" and his newest book, "Mokume Gane A Comprehensive Study", the creation of many one of a kind designer pieces, and his STEVE MIDGETT MOKUME Wedding Band Collection. |  |

| In 1998 Steve was selected by Jewelers Circular
Keystone magazine as one of 7 international Rising Star designers. His work has continued
to receive critical praise, and was selected as a NIche Award winner for jewelry in 1999. Steve established Earthshine Press, which publishes his book, "Mokume Gane, A Comprehensive Study" and video "Mokume Gane in the Small Shop". In addition he also teaches numerous workshops to metal enthusiasts all over the U.S. "The philosophy of Earthshine is simple," explains Midgett. "We deliver top quality designer wedding bands on time, and at a fair price. No expenditure of time or materials is spared in the creation of our rings.
