Guarantee and Returns Policy

All STEVE MIDGETT MOKUME jewelry purchased from Earthshine Mokume, Inc. is guaranteed to be first quality, free from any defect in materials or workmanship. We use only plumb golds and platinum and comply with all federal stamping laws for the jewelry industry. If you believe your purchase to be defective you may return it to us for repair or replacement. After examining your purchase, if we determine the product is indeed defective, we will repair or replace your item at our option, without charge to you. Every effort is made to resolve these issues quickly, usually within 5 working days. We do not guarantee items that have been subject to abuse or adverse chemical environments. We can not control color variations or guarantee individual purchasers' allergic reactions to certain alloys used in our jewelry.

We guarantee that all STEVE MIDGETT MOKUME rings are delivered in the size ordered. If a ring does not fit, and we determine that the ring was delivered in a size other than the size ordered, we will replace or resize the band at no additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct ring size.

No unauthorzed returns will be accepted. All returns of unworn jewelry must be received by us within 10 days of the invoice date. Because all jewelry is individually made to order there is a 20% return fee, based on the original purchase price.

At Earthshine we use only diamonds certified by independent gemological laboratories. Copies of individual stone certificates are available for examination by serious buyers. Jewelry with stones is not returnable.
